It's up to the cloud service to support the menu-- Android has a "standard" way of doing it, so that by just having the app installed, if it supports the standard, it should show up in the list "for free"... is the dropbox app installed and configured for your account?
Okay, thanks for the update.. I believe I found the cause of this issue, and a fix should appear in the next version (subject to testing to make sure it doesn't break anything).
