What is the refund policy for in-app purchases?

Per your agreement with the Google Play Terms of Service, if you purchase an auto-recurring periodic subscription, it may be cancelled by you at any time and the cancellation will take effect at the next subscription billing cycle. However, you understand and agree that refunds will not be issued for in-app purchases. Note also that per Google's policy, there is no 15-minute refund period relating to in-app purchases.
