There was an issue when trying to subscribe. I tried to submit my card details but it came up with 'Error. Transaction declined.'

I checked my bank account, had enough funds etc. I even tried logging in through Paypal and paying that way but that was declined as well. I think it may be an error with the connection between Dubscript and Google Play.

Can this be rectified, as I am sick of the ads popping up when I'm writing.

Never mind. All fixed after utilizing the back up feature.

I've recently downloaded Dubscript onto my Inspiron 3181 ChromeBook. I want to open a file in the 'read' section of the app but when I search fo the .fdx file currently on my hard drive, nothing appears to be there.

Ive uninstalled the app more than once. Restarted twice. And i've changed my Files viewer settings to show hidden files. I'm unsure about how to move forward with solutions.

Any help would be appreciated.

When converting my script to "read," my script is frozen and can't access it. I've coverted to "read" dozens of times to review formatting, yet this is the first time this has happened. What can I do? The script is 80 pages and I don't want to lose it.

Opened up the program this evening and when getting through my work (on the READ side) one character's dialogue is all set to (CONT'D). I didn't input that and it doesn't appear in the WRITE side (except for where I intended). Not sure how to fix this.

I have just upgraded from Marshmallow to Pie. When I use my cloud file browser to access a .fountain file, in marshmallow it opens the file in Dubscript without a problem and once saved it uploads to the cloud automatically. When I do this in any other android flavor after Marshie, once I click the file in my cloud browser, Dubscript opens showing the last file in use in Dubscript and then immediately the Android file browser pops open asking me to "save" the file I am looking to just open.

I noticed one thing when I import a fdx file. If a part of the text is written in italic, the formatting skips (only for italic parts)

I write about a little problem when I collaborate with other screenwriters who work in final draft. When I export a screenplay in fdx from Dubscript the title page, in finale draft, have no blank line between title, credit and author. How can I solve?

Hi, I recently had an issue in read mode. I was missing dialog that was shown in the write mode but did not appear in read mode.
The character name was shown but the dialog underneath was missing. Then in another spot the dialog would not format correctly on reading. I would only show as action. These issues both seem to happen a the end of a page if that helps. The 1st problem only showed up in your app. When I converted to pdf the missing dialog was there. Very strange. By the way, does the paid version only remove ads? Or are there other benefits?

I have an RCA Viking Pro tablet, and my OS is Android 5.0, though I'm not sure what else you may need to know about it.
